Tommy Hilfiger Hints at Travis Kelce’s NYFW Appearance

Tommy Hilfiger recently shared his well wishes to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift following their glamorous wedding at Madison Square Garden. His post on Instagram teased that the Kansas City tight end might make an appearance at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), which is set for September 10 at the Plaza Hotel.

This will mark Kelce’s first-ever experience at NYFW; he hasn’t attended any previous shows. Notably, his schedule has a gap with no Chiefs games between August 28 and September 14, making this trip to New York quite feasible.

“Congratulations @killatrav! See you at The Plaza in September,” the brand posted, showcasing a clip of Kelce entering the venue in a look from Hilfiger.

Earlier this year, Kelce was appointed as the global brand ambassador and creative partner for Tommy Hilfiger. Their collaboration kicks off in fall 2026, aligning perfectly with NYFW, and will continue into spring 2027.

The partnership will not only see Kelce model in campaigns but also involves a creative design collaboration that reimagines the classic Tommy icon. He was spotted filming the brand’s inaugural campaign around Central Park back in April, and the footage was shared in Hilfiger’s celebratory Instagram post. Swift also made a quiet visit to support her partner during the shoot.

Kelce expressed his admiration for Tommy Hilfiger’s legacy, noting that he has been drawn to the brand since receiving a sailing gear jacket in high school. He mentioned that it’s an exciting opportunity to inject his personal style into classic designs.

Hilfiger praised Kelce as a standout figure in both sports and culture, highlighting his adventurous and relatable style.

Should Kelce take a front-row seat or even walk the runway at the September show, there’s speculation about whether Swift will join him. Interestingly, the last fashion event she attended was a Hilfiger show back in 2016, where her friend Gigi Hadid showcased her collection.
