Travis Kelce makes hand heart for Taylor Swift after Chiefs score

For Travis Kelce, it was a heartfelt touchdown celebration.

When the star tight end scored a 22-yard touchdown with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes in the first half of Sunday's regional-round matchup against the Bills, the star tight end was accompanied by his girlfriend, Taylor, who was watching from his Highmark suite.・I made a heart for Swift with my hands. Sunday's game was Swift's second playoff appearance with support from Kelce, who recorded his first touchdown reception since Nov. 20.

It was the 15th time he and Mahomes connected for a postseason touchdown.

Kelce added his second touchdown in the third quarter, passing Rob Gronkowski and Tom Brady's playoff record.

The Chiefs are looking to defend their Super Bowl title after defeating Kelce's older brother, Philadelphia center Jason Kelce, with the Eagles last February.

Jason trekked to Buffalo with his wife Kylie on Sunday.

The Chiefs took a 27-24 lead against the Bills in the third quarter.
