US Customs Immigration (ICE) Denver announced Friday afternoon that it had captured members of a super violent Venezuelan gang that received a final deportation order.
“The Ice Denver official arrested Joel Matos Nieto, 23, a criminal foreigner from Venezuela and a member of international gangster Tren DeLagua on a final removal order on April 23,” federal immigration authorities said. “Matos is convicted of car theft and will interfere with police officers and criminal mischief.”

DHS spokesman Tricia Mclaughlin told Fox News Digital that President Donald Trump’s crackdown on gang crimes, including labeling Tren de Aragua (TDA) as a terrorist organization, led to the arrests of more than 600 TDA members during his first 100 days in office.

The arrest comes shortly after Thursday’s news that a former New Mexico judge and his wife were arrested on evidence that they allegedly held and held suspected members of the TDA gang at the Russ Class home.
Former Judge Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife Nancy Cano have been accused of inviting Christian Ortega Lopez to live in his home.
