On July 4th, 2026, America will celebrate its 250th anniversary.
Prime Minister Matthew Peterson’s Blaze News Editor and chairman of Claremont Institute Ryan Williams, does not believe the opportunity can come at a better time.
“It’s a happy coincidence,” Williams tells Peterson. “In many ways, what we’ve been seeking for so long is the revolution in America. Of course, there’s no blood institutionally to ultimately deal with the big bureaucracy that has governed all aspects of our lives.”
While America needs people with government expertise, Williams explains that it should be “controlled by constitutional officers” rather than “undismissed bureaucrats.”

However, most of the left side, and some on the right side, do not look that way.
“They are thinking about every effort to reform it, refund it, fire more bureaucrats, and somehow this is all illegal,” Williams tells Peterson. “And I think our job is to tell people to connect establishment and constitutionalism to that project and explain to them that it’s a way of controlling government and truly a way to regain prosperity and prosperity.”
And they don’t think the president has failed his goal of reforming the government and making America a better place. This is Trump’s second chance to achieve his goal.
“The big difference is that he has a loyal team for the most part. Trump 1.0, he often had to resort to establishment equipment,” says Williams. “He had a lot of principals around him who thought it was their God-given job to control him and prevent him from destroying America in any way.
“I think it’s almost providence that he lost in 2020,” he continues, “they really have time to think about this and make more plans, and you actually have almost a new presidential term than a second term.
