Trump Announces Additional Cabinet Nominations, Including Truth Social CEO Devin Nunes

President-elect Donald Trump has named more nominees to his next Cabinet, including Truth Social CEO Devin Nunes.

On Saturday, President Trump announced that Nunes has been selected to chair the Trump Intelligence Advisory Board (IAB).

If confirmed, Nunes would lead the IAB, which advises the president on the legality of foreign intelligence operations.

He also announced the appointment of IBM executive Troy Edgar as deputy secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

“Troy previously served for me as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Management at the Department of Homeland Security, managing a $90 billion budget, securing critical immigration funding, and funding wall construction,” Trump said. He did a great job.”

“Troy is currently an executive at IBM. He has a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California,” Trump said. “He previously served as mayor of Los Alamitos, California, and helped lead the city and county's revolt against Sanctuary City in 2018.”

Edgar will serve alongside Gov. Kristi Noem (R.S.D.), who was nominated by President Trump to head the Department of Homeland Security.

He also said that Bill White will become the U.S. ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium.

“Bill is a highly respected businessman, philanthropist, author, and advocate for our nation's military, veterans, and first responders. He is the CEO of Constellations Group, Intrepid Sea, Air, and Space He is also the former director of the museum,” Trump said.

“Bill has raised more than $1.5 billion for fallen heroes, mortally wounded and severely burned service members, and to support the great American patriots who gave everything for their country. He has been a two-time recipient of the Distinguished Service Award for extraordinary service from the U.S. Coast Guard and outstanding support from the U.S. Navy.”
