Trump Announces Statues Of Several Legendary Athletes Will Be Placed In National Garden Of American Heroes

This is pretty damn cool.

President Donald Trump made the announcement Thursday that statues of multiple American sports legends will be put on display at the National Garden of American Heroes.

Speaking at a Black History Month celebration that was being hosted at the White House, Trump revealed that the late basketball legend Kobe Bryant, the late boxing legend Muhammad Ali and the late baseball legend Jackie Robinson will have their own statues in the garden. To go along with the legendary sports figures and their statues, Trump also announced that several civil rights leaders will be getting statues as well, including Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass, Coretta Scott King, Booker T. Washington, Aretha Franklin and Billie Holiday.

Trump unveiled the National Garden of American Heroes in 2020 with a dedication to honor American heroes a part of United States history.

I think Trump very well may have delivered the best Black History Month celebration ever, and proved even more that he’s the greatest hip hop president of all time.
