Senate aides have repeatedly said that Senate Republicans are zeroing certain “consequential issues” in the budget adjustment process.
The tax portion, which was a field of conflict between House and Senate Republicans, is expected to be considered during the new work period, the aide said.

At the heart of the tax controversy is the assertion of Senate Republicans that the House bill will not make Trump's tax policy permanent since 2017, and the GOP complaint that multiple settlement bills will be difficult to pass, taking into account the margins of deadlines.
