Trump calls for ‘nuclear peace agreement’ with Iran rather than blowing country ‘to smithereens’

President Donald Trump urged Iran to start negotiations with the United States for the “nuclear pocket agreement” and neglected the possibility of a catastrophic military attack on the Islamic state.

Trump issued a statement on a social media on Wednesday morning, reconfirming the US position that Iran could not get nuclear weapons. One day after Trump met in the White House with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyafu.

“I want to make Iran a great and successful country, but it is a country where I can't have nuclear weapons. The United States, which works in cooperation with Israel, is trying to blow Iran into a blacksmith.” And Trump writes.
