President Trump recently referred to Representative Jasmine Crockett as a “Dumber” on Monday, suggesting she was less intelligent than others in what he called the “awakened squad.” He implied that members of this group should also undergo cognitive testing.
At 79 years old, Trump had previously challenged both Texas’s Crockett and New York’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to take similar intelligence tests last month.
He labeled Crockett a “low IQ individual” and critiqued her association with Ocasio-Cortez, stating on a platform that “the true society” needs to address these issues.
Crockett has gained attention for her assertive criticisms of Trump, openly calling him “the SH-T” and regularly challenging his actions alongside other members of “The Squad,” known for their left-leaning policies.
It was reported that Crockett is willing to take an IQ test and compare her results with Trump’s, although her team has not responded to requests for comment regarding his latest statements.
Earlier this year, Trump disclosed that he had undergone a physical examination and cognitive test, declaring that he performed exceptionally well. He expressed confidence that others he deemed radical left would not fare as well.
During his presidency, Trump was known for promoting cognitive testing as a measure of mental sharpness. Critics, including those of President Biden, have, however, called for him to take such assessments without success.
Recently, it was mentioned that Crockett’s demeanor has sparked mixed reactions; some described her as being unpredictable and not often present in her office, while she defended herself against the scrutiny she faces as a young black woman in politics.
