On Sunday, he will lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery, followed by a “Make America Great Again Victory Rally” inside Capital One Arena in downtown Washington.
He then plans to spend the night at Blair House, across the street from the presidential palace he will call home for the next four years, and have tea with outgoing President Biden, 82, on Monday morning before heading to the Capitol.
