Trump honors lives of Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray while celebrating strides on securing border

In his speech to the council on Tuesday, President Donald Trump praised the lives of Rayken Riley and Jocelyn Nungarray, who were brutally killed by illegal immigrants under the Biden administration.

All three savages charged with the murder of Jocelyn and Leiken were members of a Venezuelan prison gang, the world's toughest gang known as Tren de Aragua. Two weeks ago, I officially designated the gang as a foreign terrorist organization along with MS-13 and the bloodthirsty Mexican drug cartel,” Trump said.

“Now they are officially in the same category as ISIS. That's not good for them. Thousands of these terrorists have been welcomed into the US by the Biden administration. But now, all the last terrorists have been rounded up and forcedly removed from our country.

In his speech, Trump declared that the United States will “never forget our beautiful Laken Riley” through the laws he sang in the law.

“Leken was attacked and assaulted by evil. He was beaten, brutal and horribly murdered. Leiken was stolen from us by a savage, illegal alien,” Trump said in his speech.

Georgia nursing student Raken Hope Riley, 22, was found dead last year after going on a run on the University of Georgia campus. Augusta University students crossed paths with illegal immigrant Jose Antonio Ibarra.

Ibarra, a Venezuelan citizen, illegally entered the United States in 2022 and was granted “parole” border. Ice said Ibarra quickly headed to New York City where he was arrested in August and “acted in a way that caused a child under the age of 17 to injure him and injured a driver's license violation.”

Trump continued, Ibarra was “arrested while trespassing across Biden's open southern border.”

“And under the ruthless policies of that failed administration, it loosened to the United States. It was certainly a failed administration. He was then arrested and released in the disaster, a sanctuary city run by the Democratic Party, before finishing the life of this beautiful young angel.

Trump signed the Laiken Riley Act on his second appointment in January, saying the United States will never forget Riley through a law directing Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) to detain illegal immigrants who have been stolen or attacked.

“Since taking office, my administration has launched the most drastic border and immigration crackdown in American history, and we quickly achieved the lowest number of illegal border crossings ever recorded. … The Democratic media and our friends said we needed new laws.

Trump also remembers the life of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungarei, who was sexually assaulted and murdered by strangulation when two illegal immigrants in their 20s allegedly lured a young girl under the bridge before killing her in June 2024.

“Her precious Jocelyn walked to a nearby convenience store,” Trump said. “She was lured, tied up, tied up, attacked under a bridge for two hours and terribly murdered. Two illegal alien monsters from Venezuela, arrested and accused of this heinous crime, were released to America with the death of this beautiful 12-year-old girl and all of her mother and family touched great.

Trump said he learned about her family and learned the young girl's love for nature, and revealed that he renamed Texas Wildlife Reserve in honor of Jocelyn Nungarei.

“Alexis, I promised that I will always remember your daughter, your grand daughter. And tonight I signed you an order to keep my words. One thing I learned about Jocelyn is that she loved animals so much. She loved nature. The Bay of America.”

“Alexis, some time ago, I officially renamed that shelter to the loving memory of your beautiful daughter, Jocelyn,” he said.
