Appearing on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” show Thursday, Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Alabama) declared that Republican presidential candidate and former President Donald Trump was back on message.
The Alabama senator was responding to comments made by President Trump earlier in the day in which he rejected economic policy proposals from Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee.
“[F]”Or to those who are worried that he may have gone off message, I have to say he’s definitely back on message,” host Larry Kudlow said. “What do you think? Is he back on message now?”
“100 percent. Low taxes, low regulation, free market principles, Larry,” Tuberville responded. “That’s what the American people need. You’ve got to give them a chance. Right now with the Biden-Harris administration, you’re not giving them a chance. If you put these people out there and give them the same strategy, Biden-Harris, Biden-Waltz, whichever group you are, you’re not giving them a chance. You have to change your strategy. You can change it now. Kamala Harris has said she’s going to lower prices on day one. Why not do it now for the American people and not wait until January 20th?”
