Trump Issues Passover Message: ‘Have a Blessed Passover’

President Donald Trump issued a Passover message to the American Jewish families and the people of Israel, saying he “has” a “blessed” Passover holiday.

in video Posted on X by the White House account, Trump explained that the story of Exodus was “not only a lasting strength of the Jews, but also a reminder,” but also served as an important reminder for placing faith “in Almighty God, regardless of circumstances.”

“We wish the Passover a very happy Passover for the Jews of America and Israel and the Jews of the world,” Trump said. “At this point, the Jewish family celebrated the liberation of the ancient Israelite God from Egyptian slavery and led the Prophet Moses on a 40-year journey into the highly promised land.”

“The story of Exodus, told all over the world in all Passover Seders, reminds us of not only the enduring strength of the Jews, but also the importance of placing our faith in the Almighty God regardless of circumstances,” Trump added. “May God keeps seeing Jews, Israel and the United States of America this week, to all Jewish families gathering with friends and loved ones.”

Senior Editor of Breitbart News – Major Joel Pollack previously reported that Israelis are preparing for “two consecutive Passover during the war” as conflict began with Hamas terrorists, which launched Israeli land, sea and air invasions on October 7, 2023.

Passover Holiday celebrates the liberation of the Israelites from Egyptian slavery and their escape to freedom. The festival will last seven days starting on Saturday night (8 days outside Israel, according to tradition).

Israel reached its final position at this Passover as it destroyed much of Hamas, destroyed Hezbollah and ruled out Iran for most of its air defenses. Hostages were also released through both negotiation and power.

In the video Posted To X, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement on how there is an “empty chair” as they prepare to gather to celebrate the Passover Seder. Netanyahu continued to note that they were “reeding, victory generation.”

“On the night of Seder, we all meet with our loved ones and tell the story of people who have gone freely out of slavery,” Netanyahu said. “However, on this holiday, many families have empty chairs. The chairs of our beloved hostages that Hamas still hugs, for those who have fallen heroically on the battlefield, for those who are fighting to return to their lives with the rehabilitation ward.”

“But from this emptiness, like the final message of El Kanaviesel, the final message of blessed memory, the clear voice of our fallen hero rises. He writes to his family: Indeed, we are the generation of redemption and the generation of victory,” continued Netanyahu. “We will take the hostages together. We will defeat the enemy. We will hold the injured and bow our heads to commemorate the fall.”
