A new left-wing poll finds former President Donald Trump leading President Joe Biden in two key battleground states heading into the 2024 presidential election.
Future majority/change research Tend The survey surveyed 2,532 voters in battleground states in Nevada, Pennsylvania, and parts of New York between December 3 and 7 to determine whether Democratic candidates would be overestimated.pollster found Mr. Trump holds a 6-point lead over Mr. Biden in Pennsylvania (46% to 40%) and a 4-point lead over Mr. Biden in Nevada (44% to 40%).

The new report includes the pollster's previous insights, In 2022, there were 0.6 percentage points fewer Biden voters in Pennsylvania than in 2020. In 2022, there were 2.3 percentage points fewer Biden voters in Nevada than in 2020.
This result is significant given that Trump won Pennsylvania in 2016, lost in 2020, and also lost Nevada in both 2016 and 2020. Pennsylvania voters favored Democrats in the 2022 Senate and gubernatorial races, and Democrats maintained a 3-point lead in Nevada. However, Nevada ousted incumbent Democratic Governor Steve Sisolak and endorsed Republican Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo.

Other recent polls show Trump leading in seven battleground states, including Pennsylvania and Nevada.
A December Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll showed Mr. Trump leading Mr. Biden 46% to 44%, with a margin of error of ±3 percentage points. The same poll showed Mr. Trump leading Mr. Biden 47% to 44%, with a margin of error of ±5 percentage points in that category.
