Former President Donald Trump is leading Vice President Kamala Harris in Nevada and is nearly tied in Wisconsin, according to the latest data from Rasmussen Reports.
In Nevada, Trump faced off against Harris, leading by two points with 48% approval to Harris’ 46%, according to a poll sponsored by Numbers USA.
Among the full field of candidates, Trump holds a two-point lead with 46 percent approval, compared with 44 percent for Harris and 5 percent for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
In the key state of Wisconsin, the difference in support between Trump and Harris in a head-to-head race is just 1 percentage point, with Harris receiving 48 percent support and Trump receiving 47 percent. But overall, the candidates are tied at 46 percent each, with Kennedy following behind with 4 percent and 2 percent choosing “other.”
The survey was conducted from August 13th to 17th.

This is consistent with the latest Rasmussen Reports polling, which showed Trump narrowly beating Harris both overall and in head-to-head races.
Looking at Harris alone, Trump’s approval rating is 49% compared to her 46%. Looking at all the candidates combined, Trump’s lead narrows to 47% compared to Harris’ 45%, a difference of just two points.
According to a report by Rasmussen detail:
In the six-way race that also includes Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, Libertarian Party candidate Chase Oliver, and independent candidates Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornel West, Trump’s approval rating is 47%, Harris’s 45%, Kennedy’s 4%, Stein and West’s 1% each, and Oliver’s less than 1%. A week ago, Trump had a 4-point lead in the six-way race with 48% to Harris’s 44%.
The survey is notable in that it was conducted in part during the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, so Harris doesn’t believe the event caused a big boost in her support.

The final day of the Democratic National Convention is on Thursday, but Kennedy is scheduled to speak on Friday and outline his “path forward.”
Breitbart News reported:
In early August, reports emerged that Kennedy was endorsing Harris, but he quickly issued a statement denying the reports.
Kennedy talk The event will take place at 2 p.m. ET on Friday in Phoenix, Arizona, the same city that President Trump is reportedly scheduled to visit.
It’s unclear how Kennedy’s decision will affect the presidential race, as her presence is widely seen as helping Trump and not the Democrats. Meanwhile, other third-party candidates, including Cornel West and Jill Stein, have denounced Harris this week and urged the left to “abandon her.”

“So with the policies as they are, this honeymoon period is certainly not going to last because this is an individual who has a track record of plunging the American people into moments of despair, moments of struggle, moments of anguish,” Stein said of Harris’ campaign this week.
“That pain is in our foreign policy, that pain is in our domestic policy, and that pain is the product of Republicans and Democrats,” she said. “Don’t think for a second that the Democratic Party is the answer to fascism.”
“More precisely, this is the cause of fascism. Why? Because the Democrats have promoted these policies, the so-called neoliberal policies: privatization, austerity, massive tax cuts for the super-rich and endless wars,” she asserted.
