President-elect Donald Trump announced Sunday that he will appoint his daughter Tiffany's father-in-law, Massad Boulos, as his senior adviser for Arab and Middle Eastern affairs.
“Mr. Massad is a talented lawyer, a highly respected leader in the business community with extensive experience on the international stage,” Trump, 78, wrote on Truth Social.
“He is a long-time supporter of Republican and conservative values, has been an asset to my campaign, and has been instrumental in forging new and greater alliances with the Arab American community.” he added.
Mr. Boulos, who was born in Lebanon, runs Boulos Enterprises, a Nigeria-based company that manufactures and sells machinery and motorcycles. According to reports, his net worth is estimated to be in the billions of dollars.
Tiffany, whose pregnancy was revealed by President Trump in October, was married to Michael Boulos in 2022.
“Massad is a deal maker and a steadfast supporter of peace in the Middle East. He will be a strong advocate for the United States and its interests, and I am pleased to welcome him to our team. !” Trump continued.
On Saturday, President Trump announced that he would select Charles Kushner, the father of his son-in-law Jared Kushner, to be ambassador to France.
