WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump fell into a Democrat and liberal media critic on Thursday due to their actions during his joint speech to Congress.
After signing an executive order in an oval office, Trump asked questions from the press. Breitbart News asked the president about the Democrats' actions during the joint speech. This asked Rep. Al Green (D-TX) if he broke his politeness and led to the sergeant exclusion of him, asking if it showed he was not in contact with the American people.
“What happened the other night was very embarrassing for Democrats, but that's not said for any other reason other than it's obvious,” Trump said. “Even CNN Fake News said that. They came out and they said that.”
Trump was then torn by MSNBC and anchored Nicole Wallace and Rachel Madow over his comments about DJ Daniel, a teenage brain cancer survivor who was a Trump guest. Trump created Daniel, who was turned into an honorary officer in hundreds of police stations, an honorary secret service agent during his joint speech. Democrats didn't support the moment.
Wallace said that even if Daniel builds a career in law enforcement as an adult, he hopes he won't commit suicide at events like January 6th.
Madow called out Trump to praise Daniel as “unpleasant.”
“For the record, this is disgusting and the president made the view out of praise for the young man who survived childhood cancer as if the president had something to do with it,” Madow said.
Trump said Madow and Wallace should be forced to step down from commenting on Daniel.
“And the worse than CNN is MSDNC, which is the worst, and the good news is few people see them anymore. They've lost that credibility,” Trump said. “And frankly, what Nicole Wallace said, I'm not a fan of her and she's not very talented, but I'll tell you what she said about the young man the other day.”
“She should be forced to resign and Rachel Madow should be forced to resign,” he added. “No one sees her anyway. They can't pay as much as I've heard, but certainly she's lost all the credibility. But what they said the other day, they should be forced to resign for a young man who is suffering so much.”
