President Donald Trump said in a true social post late Friday night that he would “sign a full pardon” for MLB's biggest hit king of all time, Pete Rose.
Rose passed away last year, but before he saw himself in the creation of the Hall of Fame. The writers were never given the option to vote for him as the American Association of Baseball Writers and Hall of Fame followed the MLB Rose's lifetime ban for gambling in 1989.

“Anyway, over the next few weeks, I'm signing Pete Rose's full pardon, who should have put a bet on the team's victory, not gambling in baseball. He never bets on himself or any other team. of fame!”
Major League Baseball itself does not control who enters the Hall of Fame. Baseball writers initially voted, but other committees are made up of players who go further down the road, not by the league, but by the hall itself.
Rose died last September at the age of 83 from hypertension and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Rose broke out along with her hometown Cincinnati Redshe played 19 of 24 seasons, three of which served as acting manager in 1963, continuing to make league history while securing three World Series titles.
He was called “Charlie Hustle” for his relentless drive while riding a diamond, and in 1973 Rose was the league MVP.
Despite his 4,256 career hits, he became a polarizing figure when news of gambling in baseball shook the world of sports.
Rose has tried to apply for return to major league baseball several times, but has been constantly denied. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred denied one in 2015, saying Rose was not responsible for his actions and did not understand the damages that occurred while betting on the game.

Rose applied for re-institute in 2020 and 2022. In particular, legalized sports betting was made nationwide. However, Manfred denied both requests and pointed to the Veterans Committee for Hall of Fame debates over Rose. Manfred also shot down speculation about Rose's return to work in 2023, as the league had partnered with Sportsbook.
He is not inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, but in 2016 the Reds were inducted into his own Hall of Fame and retired from No. 14.
