Former President Donald Trump said Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen would be No. 1. If not for the offensive position that emerged just before the draft began, he would be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

As Allen slipped down the draft board, the Bills traded two second-round picks and a first-round pick to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the No. 7 overall pick, plucking Allen out of Wyoming.
Allen is a two-time Pro Bowler and has led the Bills to the playoffs in each of the past five seasons.
The star quarterback played well in the Bills' win over the New York Jets on Monday Night Football, completing 19-25 passes for 215 yards and two touchdowns. and rushed for a touchdown at the same time.

With this win, the Bills improved to 4-2 on the season and are in first place in the AFC East.
