Conservative radio host and litigation expert Mark Levin said Wednesday that if former President Donald Trump is convicted by a Manhattan jury, he should immediately appeal the case to the U.S. Supreme Court because of serious constitutional issues.
My legal advice to President Trump’s lawyers: The next step is the U.S. Supreme Court
In Bush v. Gore, the U.S. Supreme Court intervened in the Florida Supreme Court’s deliberations, claiming that the Florida Supreme Court’s sudden changes to the state’s voting system violated the right to equality.

The jury began deliberations Wednesday under instructions from Judge Juan Marchan, who controversially told jurors they had to be unanimous on guilt or innocence but did not have to agree on what underlying federal crime was necessary to charge him with a state felony of falsifying business records.
The judge also baffled observers and left-of-centre commentators by refusing to allow jurors to bring printed copies of the more than 50-page jury instructions to deliberations.
Previously, Levin has accused the judge of acting out of political motivation.
Today, Stalinist clown judge Juan Merchan, on behalf of the Biden administration/campaign, released editorials in the form of jury instructions clearly aimed at securing a guilty verdict on at least one of the 34 bogus charges against President Trump. Biden is a dictator…

Trump faces more than 100 years in prison on the 34 charges he faces.
Typically defendants appeal through state appeals courts, but Levin argued that the constitutional issues in the case are so significant, with implications for the 2024 election, that the nation’s highest court should hear the appeal immediately.
