Libertarian Party Leader Angela McArdle said in an interview that former President Donald Trump will make a historic move by addressing the Libertarian Party’s national convention. “As someone who is responsible for what ultimately happens in the Libertarian Party, I have to say that for 53 years, I have been working with the presidential candidates of the major parties to bring our candidates to the forefront. “This year, we decided to turn the tables and instead succeeded in putting one of the leading candidates on our stage,” she said, referring to Trump.
“I will do everything in my power to take advantage of this great opportunity to spread the message of freedom,” he said, adding that Trump would speak directly about issues important to liberals.
“And, you know, certainly he’s coming because he wants to get our votes. You know, we’re our own party. We’re going to field our own candidates. “Overall, it’s a great opportunity to move the dial in the direction of freedom and debate important issues that definitely overlap with Republicans, like ending endless wars and runaway inflation,” she said.
“It behooves us to take this great opportunity to share these concerns with the man who very well may become the next President of the United States. That is what we are doing. ” she said, stressing that spending is the only “significant issue”.
“I know it’s not that sexy. None of the issues are as emotionally charged as other issues, but without government spending there is no huge spy machine. There are no endless wars overseas. Reduce spending power. And cutting back on the Federal Reserve’s endless money printing would rein everything in check,” she said, explaining that libertarians are good at explaining that.

“We’re really happy that we’re an important voting bloc…because it means people need to pay attention to the things that we’re very passionate about,” McArdle said. Track Track talking about conservative issues, adding that the Libertarian Party “wants to bring back the Republican Party and conservatives.” Many of these issues will be deciding factors in the election, she said.
“We want to hear President Trump’s plan to bring about peace or at least some stability or reduce U.S. involvement,” he said, referring to the conflict between Israel and Ukraine.
“And we think it’s much more likely that the Ukraine war would not have happened if he had remained president, but we would like to hear from him on this as well. We especially want to hear how that wouldn’t have been possible if you were president,” she said.
“We take every opportunity we can to get to know you, stay relevant, and get our libertarianism out there. We are ideologically based, but we are not Nor is our party driven by worship. Our party was founded to be a radical and forceful condemnation of the Nixon administration’s departure from the gold standard and the start of the Vietnam War. “We are a radical party and we want to move the Overton Window in the direction of freedom. That’s what’s most important to us,” she continued.
“So this is a great opportunity for us,” McArdle added.
