Trump ‘Strongly Requests’ Putin Ceasefire to Spare Lives of ‘Thousands’

President Trump moved on Friday to prevent a “terrifying massacre.” US-Russia talks in Moscow are “productive”, but they “strongly” urged Russian Putin to stop fighting soon to end the killings.

US President Donald Trump appealed to frequently cited motives to end the Ukrainian war – to end the massacres of thousands that he previously called the “sacrificed field” – in a message to Vladimir, President of the Russian Federation, calling for him to agree to a ceasefire.

write The true societyPresident Trump welcomed the progress from his visit to Moscow by the US delegation on Thursday as a “very good productive discussion.” However, he also highlighted the light-form of soldiers still fighting in the war, and the realistic and imminent threat of a huge number of deaths if the battle continues to infuriate.

Trump revealed that he was “strongly demanded” – this hasn't been revealed, but it's a modest language that means anything from simple charm to a very serious threat – Putin is to quickly agree to a ceasefire to save lives.

President Trump's message appeared to cite concretely the situation at Kursk Oblast on mainland Russia. Kiev launched a bold anti-invasion of Russia last year, capturing villages within Russia in a widely recognized move as a bid to win negotiation tips to reclaim Ukrainian lands.

The Kyiv troops remained stubbornly embedded in Russia, but the situation has suddenly gotten worse over the last few days, and the Ukrainians seem to be pulling back.

Both Russian and Western sources characterize the situation as one of the sieges, ensuring that Ukrainians get out of their pockets at the last moments and don't disappear completely. Indeed, President Trump's message clearly mentions this clear situation, writing, “At this moment, thousands of Ukrainian troops are completely surrounded by Russian troops, in a very bad and vulnerable position.”

Ukraine has that part It was completely denied The forces were surrounded or retreated, but rather, the village rash, which was recently taken by Russia, has now been reconsidered purely because its power is being more prone to defensive positions.

Because neither side is frankly talking about their victims. This is because it is relatively normal in the age of war, and the reasons for morale casualties are underestimated. In January, President Trump expressed his intelligence about the victims as he knows, saying:

“We have a number, almost a million Russian soldiers have been killed. About 700,000 Ukrainian soldiers are killed. Russia is bigger, they can lose more soldiers. But that's not yet a way to run the country.”

Ukraine claims this week that 2024 is said to have been Russia's most deadly war to date, with more casualties than 2022 and 2023 combined. Of the 434,000 victims said to have been given to the Russian Federation forces in 2024, “about 150,000” are allegedly murdered.

Zelensky himself then pushed back these numbers to some extent, claiming a massive ratio of Ukraine and Russia's killings. As reported:

Talk to a British journalist Piers MorganWhen asked straight away whether US President Donald Trump's estimates of casualties on both sides of the war were accurate, President Zelensky responded with numbers suggesting a massive difference between the deaths of Russia and Ukraine. He said: “Around 350,000 Russians were killed… about 600-700,000 more were injured.”

Zelensky said the “ratio” of being injured and killed in the conflict would be much higher for Russia, as “their field medicines are weaker than ours and do not bring in any injuries.”

Meanwhile, for Ukraine, he said, “The exact number is very important to us. 45,100 people are dead and about 390,000 people are injured.”

President Zelensky argued that Russia suffered more than seven and a half hours of combat death than the Ukrainian forces, assuming the numbers are correct in all cases.
