Trump Endorses Netanyahu for Reelection

Former President Donald Trump has thrown his support behind Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for his upcoming reelection campaign, praising him as “strong, brave, and brilliant.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump addressed the citizens of Israel, cautioning that the United States might have to confront Iran alone if a leader other than Netanyahu takes charge.

“Bibi Netanyahu has been a Great Warrior Prime Minister and an even better Partner for Peace against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has long been chanting ‘Death to Israel, Death to America!’,” Trump stated. “What country can withstand such hostility? These threats usually come true eventually.”

Trump emphasized that it was only a matter of time before Iran acted on its threats.

“They have faced systematic destruction, both Militarily and Financially, and unless they change their ways quickly, we may have to finish the job ourselves,” he warned. “If Israel has a leader other than Bibi, America will have to take on this responsibility, and I’m not inclined to do that. Bibi Netanyahu has shown strength and clarity even amidst great opposition, including from within Israel itself.”

Trump noted how Netanyahu has not only survived but thrived in difficult situations, asserting that many leaders would have buckled under similar pressure, but Netanyahu grew stronger.

He insisted that this resilience is what the United States expects from its ally, expressing, “Let this letter be my Complete and Total Endorsement of Bibi Netanyahu in his campaign for reelection as Prime Minister of Israel. BIBI NETANYAHU WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!”

This endorsement follows Trump’s earlier comments to reporters indicating that he hadn’t given it much thought but might consider endorsing someone in the elections.
