President Donald Trump has appointed Richard Grenell, the presidential envoy for the Special Mission, as interim executive director of the John F. Kennedy Arts Center in Washington, DC.
Trump challenged the true society on Monday, and Grenell shared that he will take on the role of acting director of national intelligence and Germany's US ambassador during the first Trump administrators.
“RIC shares my vision for the golden age of American art and culture and oversees the Center's daily operations,” writes Trump. “There's no more drug shows or any other anti-American propaganda. It's the best. Rick, welcome to show business!”
Trump announced Friday night that he would remove multiple individuals from the board, including the chairman who does not share our vision for the golden age of arts and culture.
He added that he will be appointed chairman.
“Last year, the Kennedy Center featured a drug show targeting our youth. This stops. The Kennedy Center is an American gem and reflects the brightest stars on stage from our nation. We have to. The best of us hasn't come yet for the Kennedy Center!” he continued.
As the second Trump administration progresses, Grenell has already worn some hats. He was on the ground in Los Angeles County as the White House representative when reconstruction efforts began after the devastating wildfires.
He also visited Venezuela in late January, met with President Nicolas Maduro and took six American hostages back to the United States.
“We were informed that we were bringing six hostages home from Venezuela,” Trump said. I wrote it In X's post, “Thank you to Rick Grenell and all of my staff. Great job!”
