President Donald Trump is expected to quickly track the deportation of many migrants by calling alien enemy laws, according to multiple media reports.

Trump is expected to apply “predatory invasion” charges to Venezuela. But he may also apply the charges to other governments, such as the dictatorships in Cuba and Nicaragua.

In 2017, Trump declared a national emergency to accelerate the construction of border walls, and in 2020, Trump invoked Title 42 anti-epidemic laws to rule out immigration.
