Trump warned that fracking would not take place in key battleground states like Pennsylvania if Harris were president, and described the Democratic candidate as a “radical left Marxist.”
“I call her Comrade Kamala because she's far-left. She's a far-left Marxist. That's what she is. And she will destroy our country,” he said. “There will be no fracking in Pennsylvania.”
“And she's fought people her whole life in ways I've never seen before. You look at the way she fought Judge Kavanaugh. The brutality, the violence. She's a Marxist,” he said.

During the interview, Levin asked Trump whether he had received any notes or calls from Harris following the July 13 assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.
“Just curious, have you received a call or a letter from Kamala Harris?” Levin asked.
“No, as far as I know,” Trump replied.

Reflecting on his performance in the last debate with Biden, Trump spoke of the “terrible” mainstream media and stepped up calls for the current president to stop seeking reelection.
“ABC is probably the worst when it comes to fairness. George Flounder Paris… the talent they have is just awful… Jonathan. Carl,” he said of his upcoming September date with Harris. “I had to make a decision, and I wanted to, and I like to debate.”

“I mean, I think I've won a lot of debates because otherwise I wouldn't have been president,” he said. “I did a lot of debates in the beginning, but in the last debate with Joe Biden, I think I did a very good job. And maybe I did too good a job, but he was protected and sheltered from the guy who was in charge of nuclear war and all that. I don't think he should have been there, but it was a debate, it was their idea. They wanted to do it. I said, 'It's early, but let's do it if you want. What do you want to do?' And they gave me CNN. They gave me Jake Tapper. And they gave me Dana Bash, who traditionally I would never do. There's no way I'm doing it with them, because they're Trump haters at the highest level. And CNN hates Trump.”

The former president also spoke out after Meta Platforms CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the Biden administration had pressured the company to “censor” COVID-19 related content amid the pandemic and the scandal surrounding Hunter Biden's laptop.
“The New York Post reported today that Zuckerberg listened to the administration and did everything he could to help the administration, including hiding Hunter Biden's laptop, which had a lot more information on it than is currently being reported,” he said. “But it also hid information about 51 different intelligence officers that had different information on it.”
“It would have made a huge difference in the outcome of the election. So this is literally election fraud,” he said.

The former president called SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk a “great friend” and said that although he “loves” electric vehicles, they're not sustainable at this point.
“Elon is a dear friend of mine. I think he's a great guy. I love electric cars. I think they're great,” Trump told Levin. “But there's a place for electric cars. AndlAce of gasoline cars. And there is a place for hybrid cars too.”

“They're buying everything and putting mandates on it, but we're not producing enough electricity,” he said. “So what are they going to do? And who's going to put these mandates on it? They want all-electric trucks, but a truck has to stop six times to charge from New York to Los Angeles. With diesel, you don't have to. With diesel, the truck gets lighter and lighter as it goes. With electric, the batteries are too big and you can only carry half the payload.”
Harris has recently tried to reverse her earlier position of encouraging electric vehicles to be mandated. Recent backtracking She is a strong supporter of the mission.

Trump has highlighted the illegal immigration crisis in the United States, saying criminals are coming in and “destroying our country.”
“Billions of people are coming in, and hundreds of thousands of them are criminals from Venezuela,” Trump said. “They're taking them off the streets of Caracas and bringing them into our country.”
“And they [Venezuela] “They announce that the crime rate has dropped significantly. That's exactly what they've done. Their crime rate is now down significantly, but they're from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, South America. And they're destroying our country.”
At the recent Democratic National Convention, President Trump slammed Harris for ignoring the immigration crisis.
“You see her at conventions and stuff and everything seems fine,” he said, “but immigrant crime is becoming a dire situation. So many people are being killed, raped, robbed and all that stuff. These are tough people, and they're being released from prison.”

Referring to his relationship with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Trump said, “No one criticizes China more than I do.”
“I don't think there's anyone who is more critical of China than I am,” he said, “but I respected China, I respected President Xi Jinping, and we had a great relationship.”
“They took advantage of us. Why wouldn't we? If we were stupid enough to let them take advantage, they made hundreds of billions of dollars a year, $507 billion. Most years it was more than that, and now it's even more. I cut them down to a much smaller amount,” he said. “And I put huge tariffs on them. Nobody's taken money from China, but I've taken hundreds of billions of dollars from China.”

Trump said he would have good relationships with “everyone” if he won the November election.
“I think we can have a good relationship. I would rather have a good relationship with China,” he said. “And I say this, but I hope that President Xi Jinping is watching. He'll be watching in some way, whether he's watching or being told.”
“But I think we can have a good relationship with China, and I think we can have a good relationship with any country,” he said.
