Something unusual happened in the 2024 election. Conservatives, independents, and even former Democrats stood up and delivered a historic rebuke to the far left. The electoral maps didn't just show a victory for Donald Trump. It was a political disaster. Moreover, Republicans are poised to take control of nearly every level of government for the first time in decades.
This election was an unmistakable message from voters. “America is sick. We want a cure.”
The institutions that are supposed to protect our freedoms have become vectors for corruption, collusion, and domination.
But before tackling this disease, it is necessary to diagnose it. What exactly is the mission voters have given Trump and the Republican Party? What problems are we asking them to solve?
The answer, though unpleasant, is obvious. America as we knew it no longer exists. Our freedoms, our sovereignty, have been systematically eroded by forces that seek to transform America into something unrecognizable.
Two of Donald Trump's first promises as president-elect spoke directly to this. He vowed to eliminate the deep state and abolish censorship. The fact that these issues need to be addressed shows how far we have come.
While these changes proposed by the Trump administration are promising, President Trump cannot make them happen alone. The corruption plaguing this country is systemic. This is a cancer infesting every organ of politics, from unelected bureaucrats in Washington to powerful corporations and media conglomerates. This corruption metastasized, just as it happened in Europe under Fabian socialism and cultural Marxism. It must be removed.
But how did we get here? The left did not come to dominate our organizations by accident. Its control over media, universities, and culture was the result of a decades-long campaign to fabricate consent.
This strategy is clearly laid out in left-wing thinker Noam Chomsky's book “Manufacturing Consent.'' Chomsky's analysis was not wrong. The prescription was just completely wrong. For decades, leftists have used his blueprint to manipulate public opinion, consolidate power, and advance progressive policies.
The proof is in the situation in America today. Look at how media is integrated. In the 1980s, 90% of American media was controlled by more than 50 corporations. today, 6 giant conglomerates It controls much of what we read, watch, and listen to.
They control the flow of information and shape the narrative to keep the public in the dark. They decide what is “normal” and what is “fringe.” They have persuaded generations of Americans to accept obvious falsehoods as truth.
This media-industrial complex operates in close coordination with governments and elite institutions. Governments label those who question their authority as “conspiracy theorists” or “extremists,” while also using censorship as a tool to cajole big tech companies and silence dissent.
President Donald Trump has promised to sign an executive order on his first day banning federal agencies from colluding to censor Americans. He plans to fire officials involved in these unconstitutional practices and roll back safeguards that allow tech giants to act as gatekeepers with impunity.
But this is just the beginning.
This cancer runs deeper than just big tech companies and biased news outlets. It extends to the very systems that are meant to serve us and protect us. Government agencies such as HHS, NIH, and FDA are currently prioritizing the interests of Big Pharma and Big Food over the health of the American people. The military-industrial complex is waging endless wars in our name, without Congressional authorization, and without our consent. The institutions that are supposed to protect our freedoms have become vectors for corruption, collusion, and domination.
Every organ of our people is infected. And the first step to curing this disease is to restore the free flow of information – our eyes and ears.
Without independent media, without honest debate, cancer will continue to return. That's why I call on the next administration to prioritize dismantling media monopolies, dismantling partnerships between business and government, and strengthening alternative platforms.
The stakes are no more. We must act now or risk losing our republic forever. The American people are clear about their mission. “We demand accountability, transparency and freedom.”
It's time to clean the house.
