Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard says she will sue Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris over her placement on the terrorist watch list after criticizing her as unfit to be president.
Gabbard reveals intent to sue Blaze Media co-founder glenn beck on his show Wednesday.
“Many Americans whose names would never make the news are being unfairly targeted by this administration, especially for their political views and exercise of their right to free speech.”

Gabbard said she is pursuing legal action with the assistance of attorney Jay Sekulow and the American Center for Law and Justice.
