Turkish police arrested a masked man on Tuesday after he allegedly carried out a stabbing attack in the northwestern city of Eskisehir.
Authorities did not disclose the suspect’s identity or the motive for the attack.
Turkish media managed to broadcast a brief security camera footage of the suspect running through the tea gardens of a mosque in Eskisehir, holding a long knife.
In the end, there was no reason to rely on a flash of security camera footage, because the stabbing suspect live-streamed the entire mosque attack.

Some local media have reported that up to seven people were injured.
The suspect was detained a short time later. Explained The suspect was described as “dressed like an in-game character,” meaning dressed like a character from a video game like Fortnite. The affidavit also stated that the suspect had an axe in addition to a knife, but did not use the axe in the stabbing.
Al Jazeera News Tuesday Citation The suspect, an 18-year-old man who calls himself “Ada K,” was reportedly inspired by video games, at least stylistically, and his clothing reportedly included a neo-Nazi symbol known as the “Black Sun.”
