A group of gunmen lured and murdered a Texan man who crossed over to the Mexican border city of Reinosa, and paid real estate taxes on the property he owed there.
The invitation happened last Thursday when 81-year-old Jose de la Ruz Martinez Ramirez left Reinosa City Hall and was walking to a public parking lot that left his truck. Information provided to Breitbart Texas from the Attorney General Tamaulipas office caught up with at least two gunmen bringing in Martinez and his car. The victim is said to be from Mission, Texas.
