The Connecticut Huskies defeated the Purdue Boilermakers 75-60 in the NCAA men’s basketball national championship game, returning to first place for the second straight year.
Not only did the Huskies win 12 straight games in the NCAA Tournament, they maintained a winning streak of beating opponents by double digits, showing just how deadly the team is on the court.
This is the school’s sixth NCAA men’s basketball title, the last two coming under head coach Dan Hurley.
