Former UFC star Michael Bisping said in a video Tuesday that he had to “stop a crime” while out in Paris with his wife.
Bisping recorded the video in the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles. He said he was having breakfast with his wife Rebecca when some “little guys” stole her bag.

UFC champion Michael Bisping went viral after posting a video online explaining how he caught a would-be robber after the man snatched Rebecca's wallet during a visit to Paris. (@bisping/Jam Press)
“So I chase him and catch him…he was already hiding the bag like a towel,” he said. “Please take the bag off him. He obviously didn’t speak a word of English.
“I didn't do anything to him. I gave him his bag back. His pants, poor guy.”
After getting his bag back, Bisping said he kicked the thief's butt.
The thieves probably knew not to mess with someone like Bisping. The 45-year-old was 30-9 in his mixed martial arts career. He fought in the Cage Rage Championship and the Cage Warriors Fighting Championship before getting a chance to fight in the UFC.

Since then, Bisping has served as an analyst for the UFC and appeared on television and in movies.
