According to the Metropolitan Police, Lovelinovich, who has roots in Rome, was arrested on Tuesday and faces charges related to arson with intent to endanger life.
This case pertains to three incidents that occurred last week. Fortunately, there have been no reported injuries from these events.

Since taking office in July, Starme has relocated with his family to the official residence at Downing Street.
The investigation is being handled by counterterrorism detectives due to the involvement of the prime minister. Authorities are also exploring the possibility of state involvement and other potential motives.
Earlier in the week, officials noted that these recent arson attacks signify “an affront to all of us, to democracy and the values we uphold.”
The assaults have drawn condemnation from leaders across the political spectrum, including Conservative Kemi Badenok.
The previous Sterme family has faced protests in the past. For instance, last year, three pro-Palestinian activists were charged with public order offenses after they displayed a flag adorned with red bills outside the residence.
