Undecided voters in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania who participated in an MSNBC panel this week cited President Joe Biden’s economic failures as their opposition.
MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski morning joe broadcasted Clip of undecided voters talking about Joe Biden’s “disastrous” economy. During the video, the host asked voters who would improve the economy: Biden or former President Donald Trump. As a result of a show of hands, all eight undecided voters chose Trump.

Nathan from Wisconsin: I think he’s been absolutely disastrous for the economy.
Virginia from Pennsylvania: I agree.
Moderator: Who thinks President Trump’s policies are better for your family personally? Raise your hand.
That’s everyone.
President Biden has maintained that his economic performance was very good and that President Trump’s performance was not as good. What are you keying off on? Sean, what do you mean by President Trump’s economic policies being better for your family?
Sean from Pennsylvania: Past performance of my 401(k). I know it was after 2020 so everything turned around, but he can’t blame 2020 for everything forever.
Virginia: There are areas here in Pennsylvania that are just stagnant right now. Something should be built, but interest rates are too high for people to invest or move.
Host: And Virginia, please join us for a moment. Pennsylvania is near and dear to Joe Biden’s heart. Are there any Biden policies that you blame for this problem? If so, what are they?
Virginia: I know interest rates are really high right now and they’re trying to keep inflation down, but if no one’s building, there’s no companies that are actually coming to Pennsylvania right now to try to move us forward. I don’t.
Tenisha from Michigan: Even if you’re trying to buy a house, prices are so high right now because I’m trying to be a first time home buyer. It’s just difficult.
Host: Between now and you vote, what will Joe Biden do or say that might change your mind about how you feel his policies aren’t that good for your family economically? Is there? Or have you largely decided that President Trump’s policies are better for the economy?
Gigi Pennsylvania: So I feel like he’s not even taking any accountability for what’s going on. He denies it’s happening.
Omar from Michigan: The important thing is that Biden needs to listen to the people. Because when Biden talks about the economy doing well, he’s talking about the stock market. He’s not thinking about unemployment, and he’s not talking about how much it costs to go to the grocery store. And he’s literally gaslighting everyone in the process.
Host: So, Omar, you voted for Joe Biden last time, right?
Omar: Yes, that’s right.
