Shocking footage shows a Frontier Airlines passenger being arrested after refusing to leave the plane after arguing with a flight attendant over exit row instructions.
All passengers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport were also forced to disembark before takeoff during the chaos, which was filmed by a TikToker and posted online earlier this month.
The footage begins with an unidentified woman getting into an argument with a flight attendant, at one point asking the flight attendant, “What’s your problem?”
“There’s nothing wrong with that,” she added. “We understand that we have to help people get off the plane.”
According to the video, the woman told the flight attendant that she was “breathing heavily” as the flight attendant left.
The video then cuts to a woman, who was sitting with two other passengers, getting into an argument with another flight attendant after they were asked to leave the plane.
The pilot can be heard over the public relations system apologizing for the delay and vowing to take off as soon as police arrive, according to the video.
The video again jumps to a third employee, either from Frontier or the airport, asking, to no avail, for the woman to leave the plane.
She then said she was calling her lawyer and needed to contact her young grandson in Texas.
Another video shows one pilot confronting an unruly passenger while others urge her to get off the plane.
“Are you arresting me?” she cried. “What crime did I commit?”
Passengers can then be seen exiting the plane and returning to the waiting room.
Video footage showed the woman being handcuffed and taken from the plane down the stairs to the tarmac and placed in the back seat of a police vehicle, which was filmed through the window.

A man can be heard calling a woman “stupid” in the background.
“Her shirt says God,” another woman can be heard saying.
A representative from Charlotte Douglas International Airport referred Frontier Airlines to the Post. Frontier did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment Monday afternoon.
Travel With Tia, the same TikToker who filmed the crash, said in a follow-up video that when the woman realized she was in the exit line, she wasn’t trying to “save anyone” and was just looking out for herself. He is said to have explained. beginning.
Before takeoff, passengers sitting in exit rows are asked by flight attendants whether they are willing and able to operate the exit door in the event of an emergency during the flight.
“Maybe it was her first time sitting in an emergency exit, so during the training she didn’t understand, or didn’t realize, that flight attendants have to get verbal consent from everyone. He probably didn’t want to,” the TikTok user claimed.
“And she was giving a verbal yes because she thought shaking her head was enough and she didn’t understand or didn’t want to understand why she had to say a verbal yes. I did.”
The woman repeatedly claims in the video that she said “yes” while arguing with the flight attendant.
