Secret Plan to End Ukraine Conflict Under Development

The Trump administration, along with Russian officials, is reportedly working on a revised approach to conclude Russia’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine, which has lasted for 33 months.

According to Axios, this 28-point framework is inspired by President Trump’s earlier 20-point plan aimed at stopping the conflict between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, as indicated by both U.S. and Russian sources.

This proposed plan aims to create a thorough strategy to not only cease hostilities in Ukraine but also address the security concerns of the Ukrainian government and neighboring European nations, as well as establish the future dynamics between the U.S. and the involved parties.

Kirill Dmitriev, who leads a Russian sovereign wealth fund engaged in diplomatic efforts, mentioned in an interview that “we feel that Russia’s position is really being heard.”

Dmitriev had recently spent three days in Miami meeting with Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, and other administration officials. Ukrainian leaders have also reported that Witkoff discussed the outlined plan with Rustem Umerov, Ukraine’s national security adviser.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy was in Turkey to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. He mentioned, “First of all, we will discuss Ukraine’s maximum ability to ensure a just peace,” expressing an openness to U.S. signals but also emphasizing the need to think about future developments.

In a tragic turn of events, Russian drones and missiles targeted the western city of Ternopil, striking two nine-story apartment buildings, resulting in the deaths of at least 20 individuals, including two children, and leaving at least 66 others injured.
