Intelligence Officials May Testify About Unusual Orb Encounter
U.S. intelligence officials who observed a strange display of orange orbs—some of which reportedly came from a larger “mothership” orb—might be called to testify in Congress, according to Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.).
This unusual incident took place near an undisclosed military base on the West Coast during a mission in late 2025.
According to an FBI report released by the Trump administration in May, multiple orange orbs were seen flying alongside the officials’ helicopter, with numerous smaller objects buzzing about against the backdrop of mountains.
One of the smaller orbs, described as “oval-shaped” and glowing orange, white, and yellow, reportedly approached the helicopter and then divided into two separate orbs.
Burlison mentioned that he would look into the possibility of having these witnesses testify publicly, though he expressed concern that doing so might reveal sensitive information. “There are people working for the agency, and having them come forward might expose other things,” he noted.
He added that one witness, affiliated with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, is a career bureaucrat and not widely known to the public.
While some witnesses have met with Congressional members privately, they haven’t shared all the recorded footage from the encounter, Burlison said.
Avi Loeb, chair of the UAP Scientific Advisory Council established by Trump, stated that he has not seen any of the footage taken during that mission. Additionally, the council has yet to meet with any of the witnesses, although Loeb expressed interest in interviewing them.
“Witnesses should be cautious about revealing classified information related to national security, which would pertain to human-made technologies,” he explained.
Loeb continued, “Any details concerning technologies of non-human origin are protected under a declassification directive from President Trump and the NDA waiver issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Pentagon.”
He emphasized that understanding technologies from non-human sources is vital and should outweigh any concerns about potential repercussions for witnesses.
Loeb and his colleagues are also eager to visit the site of the reported encounter to gather information about the orbs directly. “If we know the location and other details of this unusual event, we can obtain valuable data that might help unravel the mystery of these orbs,” he shared.
“Honestly, I’d be thrilled to facilitate any such disclosures, as they could lead to the most significant discovery in human history.”
