US paying El Salvador $6M to jail Venezuela gang suspects: ‘Pennies on the dollar’

WASHINGTON – The Trump administration has paid around $6 million to El Salvador to jail a suspected 238 Venezuelan gang who was deported Sunday, according to the White House.

“It was about $6 million for El Salvador for detention of these foreign terrorists,” spokesperson Caroline Leavitt said during a regular briefing on Monday.

“This points to a dollar penny compared to the costs imposed on American taxpayers to house these terrorists and the biggest security prisons in the United States.”

Leavitt cited the lyrics to his hit song “Closing Time” saying that the Venezuelan “doesn't have to go home, but you can't stay here.”

Denner is suspected of being involved in Tren de Aragua, a criminal group Trump designated as a foreign terrorist group last month. Their flight was closed at their destination as a federal judge attempted to order them to return to the United States on board.

“The US will pay very low fees, but we will pay high fees,” Bukel wrote.

On Saturday, Trump called out the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 (the first use since World War II) and deported immigrants.

Trump thanked Bukel on the truth social post, write: “These are monsters sent to our country by the bent Joe Biden and the radical left Democrats. What a dare! I would like to thank El Salvador, especially President Bucchere. I would like to thank you for understanding this horrifying situation. This was allowed to happen to the United States for the leadership of an incompetent Democrat. We will not forget!”

The president also considers deporting American citizens to places like El Salvador, particularly as an example of domestic criminals who legally allow New York subway shoes but would like to send them abroad.
