USC supporters throw punches in chaotic Coliseum brawl during Trojans' victory against Louisiana

The University of Southern California’s well-known cheer is “Fight On,” but it seems that some fans took that quite literally during Saturday night’s game. In the stands of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, two USC supporters engaged in a physical altercation while the Trojans secured a 49-30 win against Louisiana.

However, the tussle didn’t end there. A second angle revealed the rabble after the initial conflict as the Maiava jersey wearer was pursued up the steps by other fans. More fighting ensued as he clashed with additional spectators, while the woman continued to shout and push him away.

Of course, social media users couldn’t resist commenting on the situation. One fan humorously called it “friendly fire,” while another suggested that the rallying cry had taken on a different connotation.

With this victory, USC improved their season record to 3-0, but it seems some fans felt the excitement of the night still needed a little more action.
