Defense Secretary Pete Hegses has handed it over to himself to correct the Biden administration’s mistakes.

Hegseth subsequently announced that he had signed a memorandum dictating that he was ready with the Secretary of Defense to “provide additional guidance to boards considering these cases regarding review of requests from service members affected by the COVID-19 vaccine mandate and former service members.”
“This guidance also promotes the elimination of adverse behaviors against service members simply by refusing to take the Covid-19 vaccine, including hospital discharge upgrades, and less than the fully honorable discharge of individuals separated for their refusal to take the Covid-19 vaccine.
