Valerie Bertinelli is celebrating a new start.

The “One Day at a Time” star deleted all past posts from her Instagram page as of Monday, starting with a clean slate.

Her first post on Wednesday was a close-up selfie captioned, “6 months. Sober.”

She also tagged the app Reframe, which is an “alcohol reduction and smoking cessation app,” according to the app’s page.

The only post on her profile so far is a text quote quoted by Charles Dederich that reads, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.”

In the post’s caption, Bertinelli detailed her new outlook on life.

“I have always been good at blaming myself for my past and what I could have done better. I have become the master of judging myself – judge, jury and executioner,” she wrote.

“I don’t want to do that anymore. I want to be open-minded and experience it all, and live my true life to the fullest. I’m not going to judge others anymore. I’m going to embrace who I am, flaws and all, and what makes me who I am,” the Food Network star continued.

Bertinelli spoke to her followers, encouraging them to think about the coping mechanisms and unhealthy habits we’ve developed during times like drinking alcohol or overeating that “prevent us from fully opening up.”

“I think we’ve built a really beautiful community here and I love hearing from you all. Your last post was a great example of everyone sharing their journeys. It was so inspiring. By working together and sharing our stories, we can encourage each other. Let’s continue to inspire each other,” she concluded.

The revamped Instagram page comes about three months after Bertinelli said he was planning a social media hiatus.

“The last 6 weeks or so have been… really hard,” she wrote in a since-deleted post. “I really appreciate all of your support for my book and everyone I’ve been lucky enough to meet, but this introvert with an extroverted face needs a mental break.”

“Take care everyone,” she added. “I’ll be back soon.”

Prior to announcing her hiatus, Bertinelli confirmed in March that she had a new boyfriend, Mike Goodnough.

“This is unlike any relationship I’ve ever had with a man,” she told USA Today in March, explaining that she “never thought” she’d date again following her divorce from Tom Vitale.

“It’s funny how we both coincidentally decided to quit drinking just a few weeks before meeting each other,” Goodnough wrote in a comment on a recent sobriety post.
