Authorities say they have charged an illegal Venezuelan immigrant and a suspected cartel member in connection with a drive-by shooting that occurred in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood last month. fox 32.

On Tuesday, Chicago police and the U.S. Marshals Service told FOX 32 that Adelbis Carmona Rodriguez, 29, has been identified as the gunman who allegedly shot a 27-year-old woman in a drive-by shooting on Feb. 4. announced that it had been done.
