Venezuelan prosecutor seeks arrest of former Maduro opponent who observers say won presidency

CARACAS, Venezuela — Venezuelan authorities on Monday sought an arrest warrant for former opposition presidential candidate Edmundo Gonzalez, just over a month after electoral officials declared President Nicolás Maduro the winner. Winner of a contested election Opponents say he lost.
