Vice President Harris acknowledged Wednesday that she is “fucking scared” about Donald Trump winning in 2024, saying “we should all be scared.”

“The View” co-host Joy Behar asked Harris about recent concerns expressed by former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama about Trump's possible victory. “Are you scared?” Behar asked. “What would happen if Trump became president again?”

“I'm really scared,” she answered. “There's an old saying that there's only two ways to run for office, if you have no opposition or if you're scared. So in all of these ways, yes, we're all scared. But as we know, and certainly, this is a problem.''It's a table of very powerful women, so we don't run away from something when we're scared, we fight back against it. ”

Her co-hosts and the audience applauded her remarks.

Kamala Harris confident ahead of 2024 rematch with Trump: 'We're winning' no matter who the Republican candidate is

“Really? As many of us know, when we worry about our children's future, do we stay in bed with the covers over our heads? No,” she said.

Harris said she and President Biden need to win re-election.

“We have to win re-election and we have to communicate what we accomplished,” she said. “And that's going to be one of our big challenges. We've done a lot of good work, but we've got to let people know who's bringing it about.”

Co-host Alyssa Farrah Griffin spoke to Harris about Biden's low approval ratings and why Trump, who faces 91 felonies in four indictments, is leading Biden in the polls. I asked about it.

Gallup finds Biden's approval ratings are dismal compared to all modern presidents

“We're all starting to narrow down what this election means, and frankly, in the midst of so many big issues facing our world, it's hard to imagine a dichotomy. It's not just one side or the other. There's a split screen and you can show it and see it. And it's about what it means to respect democracy, what it means to have the ability, the confusion and the It will be a choice between chaos,” she said.

According to an ABC News poll, President Biden's approval rating has fallen to the lowest ever for a US president in the past 15 years.

Biden's approval rating stands at just 31%, according to a national survey produced for ABC by Langer Research Associates and conducted by Ipsos Public Affairs with fieldwork through an online probability-based knowledge panel. The poll found that 58% of respondents disapproved of the job Biden was doing as president. According to ABC News, this would make his approval rating worse than the low of 36% during former President Trump's tenure.

Harris expressed confidence in her ability to win in an interview with ABC News ahead of Monday's Iowa caucuses.

“Well, let me just say this: No matter who the Republican nominee is, we're winning. We're winning,” Harris told the media.

Harris responded, “I don't know, but look, if it's Donald Trump, we've beaten him before and we'll beat him again.”
