Victims of ‘gender industrial complex’ will get justice in court, attorney for detransitioners pledges

Lawsuits against doctors, hospitals and gender clinics continue despite President Donald Trump's executive order halting federal funds “Surgery amputation” for minors; said the lawyers representing several drantition people.

This comes when the Department of Education invited him to last week's Detrans Awareness Day meeting.

“These are young women who have been victimized by this gender-industrial complex, who is already 13 years old,” Mark Trammel, executive attorney for the Center for Liberty, told Fox News Digital in an interview. “I have other clients who have had double mastectomy on 15 and 16. They all wear adolescent blockers, all wear unlabeled crosshormone, and all are not given informed consent.”

It was issued last month by a federal judge in Baltimore shortly after Trump's executive order came into effect Temporary restraint orderstops implementing orders.

So, several hospitals that previously adhered to the course that reversed Trump's orders said they cited Children's Hospitals in Los Angeles as an example of reintroducing some of the so-called gender-affirming treatments.

“But it's the lawsuit that can be stuck,” Trammel said. “And after all, we can achieve justice. We can ensure justice for these young women by regaining the economic damage to what they suffered.”

Trammel said his involvement in the gender ideological case began with cases that included social transitions at schools, such as in Jessica Konnen's case, leading to a settlement with the district.

He said many parents noticed the issue when they discovered that schools were socially transitioning their children, sometimes in the fifth grade, without notifying them. Aurora Regino, one of Trammell's clients, learned that her daughter is undergoing a social transition from woman to man at school, including using male names and pronouns without communication with her mother.

“We are personally sue doctors and hold them personally liable,” Trammell said. “We are also suing hospitals that employ them. So these are when these are tort, and therefore the idea is to sue the injured individual.”

Last week, the Ministry of Education held a meeting with six denigrators and activists. “We will fight to protect our children from the serious harm caused by fundamental gender ideology,” he said in a March 10 news release. The group shared concerns about the school's gender ideology with new Education Secretary Linda McMahon.

Trammell said the meeting between the administration and activists “encourages” them to “recognize only their existence.”

“Teachers should not try to persuade or force students to undergo gender transition,” McMahon said in a statement. “Parents should not lie to know what is happening in their child's mental or physical health. We stand firm with parents, experts, supporters, especially drantition people.

The federal judge's restraint order also reminded the hospital that “includes interventions that cause sterilization” and “includes interventions that cause sterilization” that were sent to hospitals last week in a health and human health memo sent to hospitals and health providers, so it has not stopped Trump from continuing his all to push what he calls “radical gender ideology.”

The notice also states that “CMS may be able to take steps in the future to coordinate policies, including CMS-controlled provider requirements and contracts.

“In recent years, medical interventions for gender dysphoria in children have been growing,” reads the memo. “Starting with evidence of underdevelopment and is now known to cause long-term and irreparable harm to some children, CMS can take future steps to coordinate policies to reflect this reality and lack of medical evidence in favour of these harmful treatments.”
