A fervent Trump supporter was filmed arriving at a Pennsylvania hospital moments after the 45th president was shot.

Rick Forster, owner of Apparel by 45, told Fox News Digital that Trump’s wife, Karen, was hospitalized at the same hospital where Trump was taken following the tragic shooting at the Butler rally on July 13.

The supporter said he had VIP tickets to the rally at Butler Fairgrounds and arrived at 9 a.m. sharp on Saturday to secure a front-row seat.

The rally, which wasn’t scheduled to start until 5 p.m., took place in a vast, shadeless field in 97-degree temperatures.

“There was nothing between us and the stage except a metal barrier,” he said. “I was literally 15 feet away from the podium.”

“Around 4:30pm my wife started to get dizzy and lose consciousness so we went to get help and they took her to a cooling tent,” Forster said. “Her blood pressure spiked so they decided to take her in an ambulance to the nearest hospital.”

Forster said he became aware that nurses were holding a meeting and began treating his wife for dehydration.

“My wife asked if she could go to the bathroom, so a nurse took her. As we were walking by the nurses’ station, we noticed a rally going on and asked if we could come and watch it.”

He said he was talking to a friend at the rally and was told, “Oh my goodness, President Trump has been shot.”

Ms Forster recalled that the head nurse was “in tears” after the announcement and the woman fell out of her wheelchair.

“I was distraught and then after probably about six minutes I heard loud sirens,” he said, “and Karen saw me and said they were taking him to the hospital.” [Trump] It’s only about 10 minutes from here, but it’s six miles away.”

Sure enough, Trump was spotted walking shortly after being the target of the assassination attempt.

Forster said everyone ran to the window when the motorcade arrived.

“All of a sudden, this big black SUV in his motorcade came flying by with its lights and sirens on and everything started going crazy,” he said. “The whole time, I had my video on and everyone just ran to the window.”

The supporter said he and his wife had been loyal followers of the “Trump train” since the former president first announced his candidacy in 2015.

“And since 2015, I made a commitment to attend every rally that took place within a 100-mile radius,” he said. “I was always there.”

Forster said the Secret Service noticed his regular attendance at rallies, asked him to be a “second set of eyes,” and eventually gifted the couple a seat at Trump’s inauguration.
