Ozzy Osbourne’s Final Moments Captured

The last image of Ozzy Osbourne, just two weeks prior to his passing on Tuesday, shows him enjoying the moment at Black Sabbath’s farewell concert. This significant event took place on July 5th at Villa Park Stadium in Birmingham, England, where the band initially formed in the late ’60s.

In this farewell performance, Ozzy was seen seated for portions of the show, donning his signature black eyeliner and his long dark hair. He dressed in a stylish black sequin shirt, complemented by a striking jacket with a gold “Ozzy” band, along with leather pants.

The concert, which spanned an impressive ten hours, showcased performances by well-known artists like Metallica and Guns N’ Roses, with actor Jason Momoa hosting.

His family, in a heartfelt six-page statement, announced his death at the age of 76. According to the statement, “It’s more sadness than mere words that we can tell you that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.”

They mentioned how he was with his family and surrounded by love during his last moments: “We ask everyone to respect the privacy of our family at this point: Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Amy, Louis.”

Ozzy had faced various health challenges over the past few years. In January 2020, he disclosed his diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, a condition he had kept private for more than 15 years. Additionally, he dealt with complications from a neck injury incurred in a quad bike accident back in 2003.

Interestingly, his last post on Instagram was a poignant tribute to Black Sabbath, showcasing a poster outside his dressing room door from their final performance, which bore the message “back to the beginning.”
