Music and the Spiritual Realm
The Bible suggests that music is an integral part of heaven, with angels singing and playing instruments, as eternal worship is central to life there. After the final defeat of Satan, it is prophesied that joyous songs will resonate through heaven, celebrating God’s glory.
Music, a precious gift from God, often misses its true purpose in His kingdom. Unfortunately, like many good things, it’s been tainted—especially by popular music that sometimes echoes messages contrary to divine intentions.
But the issue goes further than just offensive lyrics or artists promoting sin.
As Rick Burgess, host of the podcast “Strange Encounters,” puts it, “Demonic success” often underpins much of the music that achieves fame.
The pervasive negativity in the entertainment world has led to numerous conspiracy theories about the Illuminati, a supposed secret group thought to manipulate the music industry, using artists and their work to push a diabolical agenda.
But could there be some truth behind these theories?
Rick recently showcased a chilling story on his podcast from a young rapper in Atlanta. The artist detailed a frightening incident that made him realize that both God and Satan—and perhaps the Illuminati—are very real.
He recounted being taken for a photoshoot on a mountain and then unexpectedly encountering a strange situation involving a Ferrari and a supposed “demon ritual.” When jokingly questioned about how they amassed wealth, the crew said that Leonardo DiCaprio would supposedly participate in initiation ceremonies involving sexual acts.
Faced with unsettling events, the rapper—who goes by Lil Tony—attempted to call for an Uber but was stranded without service. He had to return with the crew, and during the ride, the driver suddenly changed course.
“His face changed,” Lil Tony described, likening it to Spider-Man’s transformation into a more sinister version of himself. “It felt terrifying.”
Eventually, salvation came in the form of a postman, prompting him to run towards the truck for help.
“I told him, ‘Please, you have to help me get off this mountain,’” he recalled, asserting that it was God’s intervention that saved him. “There were people around, so believe me. I’m not lying. I actually saw these things. I learned God and the devil are real.”
While Rick remains uncertain about the details, he’s confident there’s something deeper going on in the world. “I’m not sure what it all means… but I feel strongly about it,” he noted.
