Good Fellows The actor disparaged Trump supporters as “gangsters” and “clowns” during a press conference on Tuesday.

“This city is very tolerant,” De Niro says, “and tolerant of clowns. There are clowns all over the city, people doing crazy things in the streets. We tolerate it. It’s part of the city, it’s part of the culture.”

“But not someone like Trump, who will end up running the country,” De Niro continued. “That doesn’t work, and we all know it. Anyway, we give clowns a place. To each their own.”

De Niro also baselessly warned that Trump would never leave office if he wins in November.

Today, outside this courthouse, De Niro, who suffers from an incurable disease called Trump Derangement Syndrome (known in medical circles as TDS), encountered a force far more powerful than the radical left: MAGA,” President Trump said in response to the social media tirade.

“Since entering politics at the behest of the unscrupulous Joe Biden, Robert’s films, artistry and brand have declined significantly and he looks very pathetic and sad. Where is Joe DiMaggio!!!” he added.

Following the jury’s verdict, Trump said he would “keep fighting.”
