A lot of hot topics were covered in the two-hour interview between Tucker Carlson and author Jack Posobiec, but there were a few parts that Dave Rubin found particularly important.
In the first clip, the two discuss how recent events prove that the advent of social media has caused the Deep State to lose control of the narrative.

“The past presidents [November of 1963] directly [national security] “Like George H.W. Bush, who was CIA director before he became president, or at least he was subservient to their whims, went along with their wars, went along with whatever their imperial plan was,” Posobiec told Tucker.
But this decades-old norm was interrupted in 2016 with the arrival of Donald Trump.
“Who would have thought this guy would come in and take power?” Posobiec asked, adding that Trump’s presidency had been marked by the deep state “trying to get him out of office the whole time.”
However, they try to “assassinate” him, [Trump’s] While they have attempted to control “individual personalities” through legal battles and the mainstream media, one thing has completely hindered their ability to “control the narrative”: social media.
“Through social media, all of a sudden people can connect and say, ‘Hey, have you noticed this? … The media doesn’t seem to be talking about this … I’m here, I can see it, this is actually happening right in front of my eyes,'” Posobiec said, adding that video and livestreaming have created a kind of citizen journalism that has the power to expose flaws in the mainstream media.
For the “oligarchs” and “governments”, the loss of their “soft power” (i.e. the ability to shape the narrative) became a “big problem” and forced them to resort to “force”.
“You search someone’s house, you say there are documents there that shouldn’t be there, you handcuff them, you convict them,” Posobiec said, “but if that doesn’t work, the November 1963 nuclear option is always on the table — hypothetically.”
“What are the nuclear options?” Dave asks. “I don’t know, kill Trump or get rid of Biden?”
